– We are love and since I was eleven years old I have chosen a life that makes me happy.
I meet the eyes of a man who is kind of a legend.
He speaks from his heart, he talks about love, sexuality and peace on earth.
And this American makes some people tremble with anger, and others just love him and his message.
His name is Baba Dez Nichols, and he is the founder of International School of Temple Arts (ISTA).

How would your life be if you included som sex magic? How would your life be if you live in totality, loving what is? How would life be if your sexual wounds were healed?

Baba Dez Nichols have worked in the field of sacred sexuality for many years. I met the legend the first time two years ago, and found a happy and friendly man, speaking his truths around the joy of being. Instead of having ideas of what a man is, I prefer to experience the person first hand. That's one of the reasons why went to Guatemala i to participate in the ISTA-training Level 1.

And I made this interview then - so you will here Dez talking about passion, about love, sexual wound and sexual healing - and what ISTA can bring to the world.

To listen to this interview now is interesting to me, since I have met him more since then, and spent a lot of time within the ISTA organism this year (and will alså be in Poland, assisting the mentioned training)


Dez is one of the leading person in ISTA, International School of Temple arts (ISTA), who gives trainings all over the planet. During a week we were part of a spiritual shamanstic sexual journey, aiming to heal old sexual wounds and to be able to enjoy in the here and now. And to me, having participated in lots of spiritual sexual trainings,it was like coming home.

– Over the last several years more than a few prominent spiritual leaders and teachers have been reviewing with me their personal lives and practices. With so much cultivated heart and mind consciousness the realization hits them, “There is a huge hole in my life and teachings”. The most ignored, denied, misunderstood or bypassed area of spiritual exploration is the territory around sex and emotion, says Baba Dez.

So what is he talking about? I give the word to Dez:

– With intent and awareness we arrive in a place of wholeness where we embrace, appreciate, and celebrate life force energy fully and completely. We can live free of limiting beliefs, judgments, and telepathic agreements and a addicted life experience. On the Spiritual/Sexual Shamanic path, everything in life becomes a meditation and a prayer. We learn to feel, live, flow and let go into the oneness that is Divine Love.

When we are able to honor, trust, communicate, improve our skills as a lover, and focus our mind and body in the appropriate ways, a whole new world of possibilities opens. Greater understanding, deeper compassion, power, bliss, ecstasy, fuller life experiences and better health are all available.

And you know, these words sounds like prayers, and, in my experience, this is a possible path to choose. Because what would life be like... in a liberated state, when your sexual energy is free to flow?
